I'm Kadeem M. Brown, a lifelong Elmont resident, Elmont Memorial High School graduate, Penn State alumnus, and Financial Advisor and Business Manager with over a decade of experience helping families build, protect, and grow what matters most. I am a product of this community. I grew up here, I was shaped by the people in it, and I am deeply invested in its future.
I've spent my career helping families protect what they've built, creating financial stability and solving real problems. Now I'm bringing that same discipline, accountability, and follow-through to county government.
This isn't about politics. It's about the neighborhoods I grew up in, the neighbors I've served alongside, and the next generation that deserves leadership equal to their potential.
Before asking for your vote, I believe leadership should be visible. People deserve to know who is showing up, doing the work, and delivering real results for our community. Here are some of the things we've already done.
Together with Elmont Alumni, a retired NFL champion, and members of the Elmont community, we gave away over 1,000 toys to children and families right here in our neighborhood.
Partnered with Nassau County Comptroller Elaine Phillips and the Jamaican Civic Association to hand out over 500 backpacks and school supplies to families preparing for the school year.
Teamed up with the Lakeview NAACP and multiple Long Island chapters of the Divine Nine organizations to serve Lakeview families heading into the school year.
Joined Town of Hempstead Town Clerk Kate Murray and Councilman Tom Muscarella to celebrate and present awards to the Elmont Memorial High School Track Team for winning the state championship. Our kids are doing great things and they deserve to be recognized.
Marched alongside members of Elmont's local VFW to honor the men and women who served our country. Showing up for our veterans is not optional. It is a responsibility.
Joined Assembly Minority Leader Ed Ra and Legislator John Giuffre at a local community barbecue in Franklin Square, sitting down with residents to hear their concerns and priorities.
Joined the Nassau County 5th Precinct and the Locust Wood Civic Association for their annual block party. Building real relationships between law enforcement and the community starts with showing up where people are.
Marched with Elmont Alumni during the annual Elmont homecoming parade, celebrating the school spirit, legacy, and pride that makes our community so special. Once a Spartan, always a Spartan.
Supported the A1 Run Club boxing event hosted at Blackout Fight Club, whose owners are proud Elmont residents. The event featured Elmont's very own professional boxer Zay Flaherty. Community support means showing up for our own.
Proudly presented a citation to For Juice Sake on the occasion of their grand opening in West Hempstead. Supporting Black-owned businesses in our community is not just something we talk about. It is something we show up for.
These aren't talking points. They're the issues I hear every time I knock on a door in this neighborhood.
Responsible budgeting that eases the burden on working families.
Partnering with law enforcement to protect every neighborhood in District 3.
Clean, safe, well-maintained public spaces that families can actually enjoy.
Fighting overdevelopment and preserving our suburban way of living for families who have built their lives here.
Policies that help District 3 entrepreneurs grow and create local jobs.

Two ways to help right now. Every dollar and every connection moves us closer to November 3.
